Teachers Don’t Just Teach………….

Most of the people think that teacher’s role and responsibility is just to teach what is prescribed in curriculum. But the fact is teachers are doing many other amazing things that we have never imagined. They are really struggling with so many other activities. Many of us have witness or heard through our kids that they are having sport day celebration, cultural competition, annual verity show, teacher’s day celebration, His Majesty’s birth day celebration, national day celebration, games competition, and many more other than their exam, class test, presentations and project work. For all those activity, both students and teachers work together to make an events wonderful and remarkable. All those shows may not be wonderful and satisfactory for all the audience because especially in Primary School, small children are showcasing their little talents. They have not yet finished discovering their talents and they are growing up every day, they are still learning, discovering, rediscovering, creating, designing and adjusting.
In each and every event, our students they perform on the stage, not the teachers. So because of that, most of our audience doesn’t know how hard it is for each individual teacher to let his or her student present on the stage. Actually in real sense, more than the performer, non performer who are at the back stage plays very crucial roles in making an event happen at that moment.
